Major Development
• Public hearing held for Cedar Ridge Apartments (634 Fremont).
• $42.1 million project, 216 units.
• Chapter 100 bonds approved.
• Tax incentives tied to redevelopment of the HD Lee building downtown.
• City not responsible for bond repayment.
Downtown
• Consultant agreement approved with Regina Fitzpatrick.
• Cost capped at $75,000 per year.
• Focus on downtown coordination, revitalization, and communication.
Parks and Recreation
• Fence approved for new pickleball courts at Ashley Park.

Route 66 and America 250
• Multiple Route 66 events planned throughout the year.
• Possible public hearing January 26 to rename Elm Street to Route 66.
• Munger Moss Motel selected for Missouri’s Route 66 postage stamp.

• Project 3:60 broke ground on a new facility.
• Council approved 2026 strategic goals.
