City of Lebanon Suspends Late Fees and Shut-Offs Through July

Lebanon, Mo. – To ease the transition to its new utility billing system, the City of Lebanon has waived all late fees and suspended service shut-offs for the month of July, ensuring that no customer will face additional charges or interruptions during this period.

Other support measures include:

  • Bringing on extra customer service representatives to answer questions and process requests.
  • Providing a dedicated computer station in the City Hall lobby, with staff assistance for re-registering accounts.
  • Adjusting City Hall lobby hours to close at 3 p.m. on weekdays through July, allowing staff to focus on data management and customer help.
  • Keeping the Utilities drive-thru open until 5 p.m. for payments and paperwork drop-offs.
  • Requiring customers who use online billing, autopay, autodraft, or paperless billing to re-register their accounts to continue those services.

“The City understands this transition has been frustrating for many and appreciates the community’s continued patience,” the announcement reads.

Residents needing to re-register can visit https://lebanonmo.ourcommunityconnect.com or contact the Utilities Department at utilities@lebanonmo.org or by phone at (417) 532-2345.
