Winter Outreach event takes place at the YMCA and is open to everyone. The event includes free haircuts, hot homemade food, and representatives from approximately 17 local nonprofit agencies. Attendees can learn about available services, receive cold-weather items, and connect with organizations offering medical, dental, housing, and other support. Whether someone is in need, knows someone who is, or simply wants to better understand what resources are available in Lebanon, the event is designed for the entire community.
