The center has stayed busy, highlighted by a recent Mother’s Day celebration, where the attendee who brought the most guests received a lap quilt. And they had a TIE! The Give 5 program through Aging Best is wrapping up next week, and preparations are underway for an indoor yard sale with vendor spots still available for $25. All proceeds from booth rentals support the center, while vendors keep their own sales. Holman Howell will also be visiting on May 12 to present on peace of mind planning. Karaoke continues to grow in popularity, drawing both singers and spectators each week.
