The City of Lebanon’s Public Works Department will carry out street and stormwater repairs June 23–27, including asphalt patching citywide, sweeping in Ward 1, Madison Avenue upgrades at Downtown Park, and West Bland Road improvements under traffic control. Electric crews will handle routine maintenance and service calls. A new online utility billing system is now live—customers must re-register at lebanonmissouri.org/payupdate using their bill email and account number. During the transition, City Hall lobby hours are 8 AM–3 PM (drive-thru until 5 PM). Lebanon@Work for the Week of June 23-27

 

The City of Lebanon Public Works Department has announced scheduled maintenance and infrastructure improvements for the week of June 23–27.

 

Street Division

Maintenance Crews:

  • Performing asphalt repairs in various areas throughout the city.
  • Conducting street sweeping operations in Ward 1.

 

Construction Crews:

  • Continuing improvements on Madison Avenue at the Downtown Park site.
  • Assisting contractors with street and stormwater improvements on West Bland Road between Elm Street and Kent Drive.

 

Traffic control measures will be in place at all work zones to help keep both motorists and workers safe.

 

Electric Division

Electric crews will continue supporting system reliability by responding to service needs and performing routine maintenance throughout the week.

 

New Utility Billing System Now Live

The City of Lebanon has officially launched a new utility billing system designed to provide better service and easier access for customers. If you pay online, use auto-draft services, or receive electronic bills, you will need to create a new account at lebanonmissouri.org/payupdate.

To register, you'll need:

  • Your account email address
  • Your account number (found on your bill)

Temporary City Hall Hours

As we continue transitioning to our new billing system, Lebanon City Hall will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lobby services. The drive-thru will remain open until 5 p.m. during this time. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve you better.
