City Offering In-Person Assistance for Utility Payment Portal Registration

To assist customers with the transition to Lebanon’s new online utility payment system, the City of Lebanon will offer in-person help sessions at two community locations next week.

City staff will be available to help residents register for the new system at the following times and locations:

  • Monday, June 9, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hughes Senior Center, 460 W. 5th Street
  • Tuesday, June 10, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wallace Building, 325 Harwood Avenue

Those who would like assistance should bring the following:

  • The email address associated with their utility account
  • Their account number, located on their utility bill
  • The last name listed on the account

For customers who are homebound or unable to travel, the City will offer in-home assistance. Please email it@lebanonmo.org, and a member of the City’s IT staff will reach out to schedule a visit.

Lebanon Utilities recently launched a modernized online payment system as part of the City’s transition to a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Customers who use online billing, autopay, autodraft, or paperless billing will need to re-register their accounts athttps://lebanonmo.ourcommunityconnect.com to continue using those features.

“These support sessions—and the in-home option—are just a few of the ways we’re working to ensure this transition is smooth for all of our residents,” said Derek Gean, Communications Manager for the City of Lebanon.  “We appreciate the community’s patience and partnership as we move toward more modern, efficient city services.”
